What are your opening hours?

Norrviken Gardens is open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM during high season and Wednesday – Sunday during low season. For current opening hours, please visit Opening Hours & Admission.

What is the entrance fee?

How do I get to Norrviken?

Norrviken is located just outside Båstad and is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle, or car. Detailed directions and public transport options can be found here How to Get Here.

Is there parking and does it cost?

Yes, we have parking for over 470 vehicles. For larger events, additional parking is available just outside the Norrviken grounds. Parking is subject to a fee during the high season. For current prices and more information.

Can I charge my car at Norrviken?

Yes, there are seven charging stations for electric vehicles at Norrviken.

Is Norrviken accessible for wheelchair users?

Most of the site is accessible, with ramps, elevators, and accessible toilets available. Hearing loops are also available in some locations. However, there are paths and areas in the park that are hilly or not as accessibility-friendly.

Do companions and personal assistants need to pay for entry?

No, companions and personal assistants on duty do not need to pay for entry. Guide dogs are, of course, welcome at Norrviken Gardens.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome in the gardens as long as they are kept on a leash. They are also welcome at Orangeriet Restaurant, under the supervision of their owner.

Is food and drink available on the premises?

Yes, Orangeriet Restaurant serves seasonal dishes, and Salamander Café & Bar offers fika and light meals. On-site, you’ll also find Chocolaterian, serving food, fika, and delicious pralines, as well as RAVINEN Café and Bistro, offering high-quality food and drink.

Do you offer guided tours?

Can I purchase a season pass?

Yes, we offer season passes for Norrviken Gardens, providing free entrance to the park for the entire season, with a few exceptions for special events. Buy Season pass.

Can I book Norrviken Gardens for private events?

Of course! We offer venue rentals for weddings, conferences, corporate events, and other occasions. Feel free to contact us for more information.

May I bring my own food for a picnic?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it in our beautiful gardens. In the Cherry Garden, there are tables and chairs placed under the trees, and you can also spread out a blanket for a lovely picnic.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by card, Swish, and cash on-site. For corporate bookings, we also accept payment by invoice.

Can I borrow a wheelchair?

Yes, we offer wheelchair rentals. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability.

Is there bike parking?

Yes, bike parking is available between the entrance and Chocolaterian.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards that can be used for entrance and in Butik Norrviken.

Can I buy plants from your gardens?

In Butik Norrviken, we sell a selection of plants and gardening inspiration, often based on what’s blooming in our beds. Learn more about Butik Norrviken and their webshop.

May I take photos in the garden?

Yes, photography for personal use is allowed. However, commercial photography requires permission and is subject to a fee. Please contact us for more information. 

Is there Wi-Fi on the premises?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in selected areas, such as near Villa Abelin and Orangeriet Restaurant.
